Refund policy

Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all the items are made by order and customized by color and scent. we do not accept any returns or exchanges but you can always contact us for any return questions.

Damages and issues
Please be notified within 48 hours of your order delivery date with any issues regarding your order. This includes missing/damaged items. Within 48 hours of receiving your item, please send me a picture of the broken item and a picture of the box your item was delivered in. After the 48 hours mark, I am not responsible or liable for any type of refund.

Missing/Lost packages

At times, the shipping carrier may leave packages at your door. I am not responsible for lost/missing/stolen packages. You must contact the shipping carrier to locate your package or file a claim with the carrier for a refund.

LA AROMA HOME is not responsible for parcels that are left outside in the heat, cold, or rain for a long period of time.
