Shipping

- Standard delivery rate starts at $9.99 within the USA.
- FREE US standard delivery on orders over $75.
- International shipping is available and calculated at checkout.

All parcels are sent via Standard USA Post Office.

USA & International orders; packages may also be subject to custom fees, which are not included in the shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.

Processing time
Once an order is placed, it may take up to 3-5 business days to be fully processed(excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification (email or SMS) once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us.

Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details as we cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to an error in the address.

Delivery

When your candles arrive, do not pull or rip at the bubble wrap! Soy wax is very soft and delicate, making it prone to break under pressure. Gently remove the tape and unravel the candle. I spend lots of time carefully packaging each candle so that each item arrives safely.

Standard shipping is via First Class Mail or Priority Mail tracked within 48 and will be received within 1-3 days. You will receive a shipping notification email with the carrier and tracking number. Delivery time does not include weekends or Holidays. If an attempted delivery has been made and the parcel hasn't been picked up at your local post office, the parcel will be sent back to us. If that happens, we are not responsible for any shipping cost.
